The Internet is a platform which allows companies to develop relationships, communication with potential clients, it allows to construct credibility, it helps to be found by potential users and to generate commercial transactions.

 

This is the reach a company can achieve with the Internet. Tools like a web page, Facebook, electronic email, Google and online publicity are all just that, tools. Just like any tool, if it is not known how to be used or it´s not understood what it is for, it will not be of great use and in the end the result will be time lost in administration, instead of the results it could generate.
